Many orders are custom printed, embroidered, or sublimated on-demand; for this reason, we are only able to offer refunds when certain conditions are met. See our Refund Policy for more information. Some products contain a small "V[o]A" logo... these will be called out in the product title or descriptions. Due to the variability in fulfillment times to complete orders, shipping does not begin until fulfillment is complete. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
READ THE MANUFACTURER'S LABEL AFFIXED TO THE APPAREL FOR ADDITIONAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS, BUT FOLLOW THE MOST CONSERVATIVE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN COMBINED WITH THE INFO ON THIS PAGE.
Tri-blended garments will have a faded/vintage outcome with the DTG printing process due to their looser weave and combination of fabrics.
Printed apparel (direct-to-garment) can usually be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. Remove apparel from the dryer while still damp to ensure no product shrinkage. Apparel containing Rayon is especially susceptible to shrinkage.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a DTG print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it's from the fixation agent
The best way to clean your caps is to hand-wash them instead of placing them in a washing machine. This will help with retaining their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design.
We recommend you wash them with a mild detergent (not bleach), in lukewarm water. If there are any spots that require more attention, then you can use a brush with soft bristles.
Products containing other than apparel are usually with a sublimation process.
See product details for non-apparel items.
